Do you only work in Iraq?

No. We are based in Erbil and work remotely with clients worldwide, with on-site visits when a project needs them.

How long does a project take?

Most diagnostics take 2 to 4 weeks. Implementation projects run from 6 weeks to a few months, depending on scope.

Can I buy a product without consulting?

Yes. Lamsa, Loyalty AI, AgentDesk and Toolkits can be used on their own. We set them up with you and train your team.

How do you price your work?

Fixed-price projects for clear scopes, and monthly retainers for ongoing growth work. You always know the cost before we start.
